Found these sites and although set up with modellers in mind (i.e. there's lots of close in shots highlighting various features), I thought people here would be interested because in many cases the photographers have been able to get internal shots of the vehicles.
Be warned though, I spent several hours viewing both sites when I should have been working!
Have to scroll down a little way to find the galleries. The home page isn't very inviting but some of the vehicle pages have dozens of images.
This site has more than just vehicles, including ships, artillery and aircraft amongst others.
