Solution for our problem

Hi all.

Given all uncertainity about the upcomming event, should we set a go/nogo date
If we agree that all participants must state whether they will attend (or most likely will not) on the first weekend of August within the first comming Wednesday, we can make a decision on whether we go ahead or postpone it to a later date in August.

Is this OK with you

If so, let us know if you can show up at the BH first weekend in August within Wednesday
