    The assignment of Morrow Project RAT Team MI-RAT-xx to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan was a last minute addition to the Combined Operations Group, that was made after Bruce E. Morrow had made his last 'jump' into the future at the request of the Team Leader of the Combined Operations Group Command Team who felt that the inclusion of a RAT team would help counter the fact he had only one MARS team to rely upon incase of emergency.

      Morrow Project Support Team MI-ST-xx was placed in hibernation in a supply and maintenance facility located in the central region of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Support Team MI-ST-xx was intendened to work close with Logistics & Supply Team MI-LS-xx in establishing a working supply and support network for the reconstruction efforts of the Upper Peninsula.
