    The Project, pre-TEOTWAWKI

    Got to thinking recently (ALRIGHT!!! QUITE YOUR CRYING ALREADY!!!!)

    One of the weak points, IMHO is that the developers never really showed much of the background or organization thoughts of the Project. By no means do I flame them! MP is an old favorite and back when I got the RPG bug, nobody really set up a decent background beyond the ole D&D "you meet in a tavern and depart on an epic adventure of hack and loot!"

    What are your thoughts on the organization of COT and the Project How would the Project convince a intelligent, rational human being into volunteering to leave family, friends, their entire life and become a experiment in cyro technology How would the COT/Project protect their secret Would the resort to "sanctioning" someone Or would they become a "unwilling volunteer" Just what kind of contact would the Project have with the political establishment, if any

    Please give this some serious thought...

    Check on my threads where i've been posting my notes... it'll give you alot of ideas on the how, why and the like. somwhere on here is my Council of/for Tomorrow notes detailing all the Industrialists who were on the council and the companies that they brought into the mix...
    Fuck being a hero. Do you know what you get for being a hero? Nothing! You get shot at. You get a little pat on the back, blah blah blah, attaboy! You get divorced... Your wife can't remember your last name, your kids don't want to talk to you... You get to eat a lot of meals by yourself. Trust me kid, nobody wants to be that guy. I do this because there is nobody else to do it right now. Believe me if there was somebody else to do it, I would let them do it. There's not, so I'm doing it.
