Territory correction?

In the 4th edition rules it states that Maxwell territory is in area 6 stretching into area 8, but according to the territory map these areas are not contiguous.

Was area 8 meant to be area 9, perhaps

No, I think the region description was just taken from 3rd edition and not edited, since it reads the same. In 3rd edition area 6 is Northeastern lakes region, which includes NY, PA, OH, IN, MI WI and MN. Region 8 is the Southcentral region and is MO, TN, AK, MS and LA.

4th edition regions 6 and 7 is more or less 3rd edition region 6, and both editions region 8 are arguably the same. So the 4th edition territory for Maxwell's Militia should probably be regions 6 and 7, stretching into 8.
