While I like the Personnel Load the Desert has posted, I'm working up a Personal Clothing issue to complement it, I'll post when complefed.The reason that the American Army does so well in wartime, is that war is chaos, and the American Army practices chaos on a daily basis.

While the US army's classes are probably the best 'nearby' system to use, Morrow might also go for a civilian system as well as I get a definite 'private enterprise' vibe of The Project. Of course they'd probably find out the hard way why the army uses that system; it dovetails well with field requirements.
One of the things The Project will struggle with is that its never had any active experience and that may tempt them to try stuff that looks good on the outside but would horrify army QMs

That's what I have always loved about fans of certain games - Morrow, Twilight 2000, Fasa's Star Trek. Detail, depth, nitty gritty. I don't see it at all with most gm's & players of the more recent games.
