Hello, I am new to the Morrow Project, but I have a basic idea of how it works. But right now, I have a few questions.
As you know, Natehale1971, you have developed what became known as a "Combined Operations Group." I was just wondering - what are the positions on the Support Team (The team that goes by the prefix ST [Not MS] in the Combined Operations Group) And of all the teams that there are, how many of each position are there I was just curious.
I know that this isn't the Combined Operations Group thread, but I thought it would be necessary to note that because of its relations to the material of this thread. I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks!
I'll post the complete example using the COG for the UP of MI for you to see just how a COG would look like...
Support Teams (1): Morrow Project Support Teams are placed inside supply and maintenance facilitie that are located in a central location of the territory covered by the Combined Operations Group. Support Teams are intendened to work closely with Logistics & Supply Teams in establishing a working supply and support network for reconstruction efforts.

Thanks a bunch. I can't wait to see it... and I hope you had a Happy 4th!
your welcome... it was okay. i just really miss my boys. Jack loved getting to see a prade when he first woke up, and seeing fireworks before he went to bed. I got to talk with the boys on the phone, but it doesnt messure to the point of getting to hold them in my arms.
the COG was suppose to be the localized area to organize the MP efforts to rebuild. to act as a core of specialized and trained people who would direct or train the local peoples on how to do the kinds of jobs and carry out the kinds of duties that would be necessary for reconstruction..

I'm glad it was OK Natehale1971. I hope you get to see your boys soon.
Anyway, thanks again for clarifying about the COG. It's a rather interesting concept the Morrow Project is. I really appreciate it for its setting, and its unique point of view to the world. It makes for good stories. But thanks guys! I really appreciate it.

thank you.. i hope so too. as soon as i can get the money scrapped together to go, i will be. and your welcome. I decided to show that there was an actual organizational structure for the project to do their job.
And with the idea of a UPS/FedEX type company to act as a cover for the logicistical network would make it all the more feasible for pulling off something as massive as the project without it ever getting out.

Hey, it's me. I have one more question pertaining to teams if you are interested. I was wondering about the Operations Teams (Not the Psychological Operations Teams) - that is it's makeup, like we discussed for the Logistics & Supply and Support Teams. Do you have a personnel roster for the Operations Teams, including plural positions, like with the L&S and Support Teams I was just wondering. Well you take care now guys. I'm currently waiting for a couple of Morrow Project books as we speak!

sorry about the site being down but for the most part we have pretty good redundancy of hardware now. I will be posting my team details soon. I just need to finish up some map stuff first.
Most of the time, I have been/played () a soft science type in a Recon team.
Examples:
1) Librarian on a Recon Team sent to salvage the library at Un. of Fl. That mission went up in FLAMES....
2) First Contact Specialist on a Recon Team in Kansas. We actually managed to stay alive in that one.
3) The most fun though was when I was part of the Frozen Chosen. Yup, I was in the Reserves. The only difference in our game, versus Last Watch by Timeline, was we had a full load out. We typically had light smg's. I carried an Uzi load. We were awakened by a team that LITTORALLY stumbled upon us. They had opened a supply chache and some one in Morrow Command had left a short note to explore a nearby cave..... Guess where we were!! I was a computer geek in that scenario. did not have much use for my training, but Lord did we have fun....
