OT: State of Affairs in Iraq...
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.Tags: None

They're two Iraqi soldiers at a security checkpoint along one of the roads. That's what that tower is toward the end...Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

When the one guy unzipped his fly, I was afraid this was going to end with manly love in the bushes. We had a lot of problems with that during my tour. I don't give a damn if that's what they want to do, but we can't have them doing that when they are supposed to be manning the checkpoint.

Yeah, I got more than I wanted to see of that during my tour as well. And some animal love, too.Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

A T2K scenario
I was wondering what would happen if Iran decided to to what Saddam couldn't do....
The Americans continue to draw down....
Then, one morning, ....
750,000 of Iran's Army come storming across as close to Kuwait as possible, and then, straight down the Persian Gulf to seize the Saudi oil fields and shipping points.....
And the Straights of Hormuz are now CLOSED.... with hundreds of cruise missle poised to strike the USN if they get close....
That should be enough of a nightmare to consider...
