The reason that the American Army does so well in wartime, is that war is chaos, and the American Army practices chaos on a daily basis.

We are all forgetting the beer at the lowest level of the ole septic tank....I speak of course of that beer known as...

      Billy Beer!!!

And then, of course, there is Schmidt's Beer. I learned to avoid both at a VERY young age. (18 or so)

The worst beer that comes to mind is Amberg's Black Label.

While stationed with the ole 2ACR in the lovely town of Amberg, we had to move to our dedicated defense position once a month. Our route took us right past the Amberg brewery...my first experience has always stayed in my mind, because located directly across the street is the town of Amberg's waste water treatment plant. The smell of freshly brewed beer and hops, mixed with the subtle order of raw sewage...........

I have never been able to open a bottle without a strong gag reflex!
