  • OT: Spooky celebration

Halloween is my birthday. I've turned 40! Supposedly life begins now but I don't feel very different...

Time to break out the walker and the prune juice, start checking on them senior citizen discounts!

      LOL!

Ah, Targan, I'll be there in your boat in a mere 4 days. Internally I don't feel any different, but externally the years are beginning to show. Not sure how it is with you.

Hope you had a good one!

Since I turned 40, I have gotten laid more often then in college. I also got married, went back to school, got a new career and got to tell my boss to go to hell!

Cdnwolf; since I turned 40 I ticked off 2/5 of your list.... fortunately one of those was the fun one!
On my 40th itself though, I went to Aberdeen. Twice.

I could think of a lot more exciting places to be on your 40th.

Unless, of course, you mean the Aberdeen in Hong Kong...

Happy Birthday. Forty isn't so bad. Once you hit 41, though, gardening acquires an irresistible allure.
