Bubba's Reflex Combat Calculator

Hi guys.
I'm trying to track down a great bit of online software called "Bubba's Reflex Combat Calculator". I found it years ago via BlackEagle, but it seems to have vanished, and I was wondering if anyone might know where it's gone.

I think I have his e-mail lying around somewhere. I'll see what I can do.
