  • USA Historical AFV Register

This PDF was compiled by Neil Baumgardner, a name some here will recognize from another T2k forum many, many years ago.
It's a fairly thorough listing of AFVs to be found in the USA listed by State and includes weblinks to images for some of the vehicles.
Unfortunately it doesn't provide specific dates for when the vehicle was acquired except in a few cases.

However, it's long (just over 280 pages) and has no index other than State by State so you can't just look up say all the M4A3 Sherman models, you have to trawl through each State.

Many PDF readers have a search function that will make finding things much easier.

Entirely too much T2K stuff here: www.pmulcahy.com

Thanks Paul, I completely forgot about that so I never thought to look for the search function.

After the previous threads about finding older vehicles and people compiling lists from their local knowledge, stumbling upon this was like hitting the jackpot. It would have been entirely too selfish not to post it here

List is a gold mine for those who are running campaigns in the US or who are doing any source material for the US. Could easily see working some of this into a potential New America unit - i.e. the 1st Virginia Armored Battalion for instance using vehicles from that state.
