  • ARMA

I know Arma has been brought up before, but I've been playing the Alpha/Beta of ARMA 3 for a while now, and I have to tell you, its pretty darn good. Have any of you all been playing it, be it 3 or 2 I think it would be something that with the right setup would be right up our alley.

I always think of the battle of Kalisz when I watch this video of a battle on Arma 2.

Each day I encounter stupid people I keep wondering... is today when I get my first assault charge??

I've played ARMA 2 a bit. With the right co-players and a bit of coordination it can be enormous fun.

Funny you guys mention this game, I just bought the series in II. Love it.

I have to say I bought the game for the zombie mod as I have a thing for zombies. Not like that silly...

Maybe we can get a group going huh huh huh

          I have both Arma2 and Arma3.

I haven't tried it yet, but the All in Arma mod appear to have a potential. They are working on making the equipment from the other versions and games available in Arma3. I'm guessing I'm not the only one here not really interested in a "Iran invade Europe in the future" setting, and prefer "Cold War hot spots", "Cold War gone hot" or variants on current day settings.

Yep, All in Arma is a fantastic mod. Still suck at it, but its fun none the less.

Still only doing the "show cases" and practice ranges, pausing a lot with a "what the f... what key was it do X"

Thats me right there. Thinking of spending the dosh to get a custom keyboard made up for Arma so I can just look at the keys, and go, "Oh, that one."

OCN (www.overclock.net) has a Dayz Overwatch Server that's running that hasn't much use at the moment, might be interesting to see if we can get some of us together and make a go of it
