That would be 100 rds, but I don't think the Beta C-Mag comes in .45 ACP at the moment, so most likely Photoshop as you said.

It's a Photoshop job of a 100 round Beta C-mag in 5.56mmattached to a Kriss Vector.

Definitely Photoshop. The focus on the C-Mag and the Kriss are different.
