    Charlie Hebdo attack: Man turns himself in, agency reports | CNN

    At least 12 people were killed in the attack on the magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris. Police named Cherif Kouachi and Said Kouachi as suspects.


    When I saw this I thought of Twl2013 and its France timeline. Wonder what the response will be.
