That is neat. I looked into doing this a while ago when I wanted to use copyrighted images of weapons (converting to pencil and thumb-nailing would probably - not a lawyer - make them a derivative work.). There are quite a few online sites that will convert images to pencil.
But if you are going to do an entire batch it can be easier to script it into photoshop.
If you had trouble uploading the sites image processing program went nuts about 45 min ago and forced a reboot. Often it is a one time thing, but if you see more issues let me know.

I like all of those. They all look close enough to the original style, but better though. Some of the original T2k artwork was quite good but, IMHO, a lot of it was pretty ugly.

Most of the T2K artwork seems to be in a charcoal sketch style, like something James McBey might have drawn. For photographs, I would envision either black-and-white or the somewhat muted color of early color photography (like the Autochrome Lumiere process). Those give the feel of lower technology and something that's a bit aged without being "just" an effect.
On the third style, I do like the "damaged negative" effect used in a couple places, particularly on the far vehicle. It gives the sense of age and wear that I like.Writer at The Vespers War - World War I equipment for v2.2

One could do that I supposed and photoshop with the ability to "cut" out a person and paste them into another picture would simplify that a great deal.
