  • Dying to play

So I play a lof of RPG's by PbP, but most of it is DnD or other fantasy stuff. I love it, but I crave something a little more modern. TW2K is one I've always loved but have had few opportunities to play. If anyone is running anything online, just let me know where. Otherwise I'll have to start something myself. I do have a shred of an idea that starts out with a POW escape attempt. It needs a lot of work, though.

If I remember correctly there was an adventure in one of the Challenges that dealt with characters breaking out of a POW camp.

      Challenge 48
      Strangers in a Strange Land
Escaped POWs roam the New Jersey countryside. How will the locals react to this organized group of Russians

      Challenge 51
      Black Siberia
In AD 2000, many armies shoot their prisoners, set them free, or simply abandon them. But in the Jublunkov Pass of Czechoslovakia, near the ruins of Ostrava, one of the old POW camps still operates. Its prisoners have become an invaluable pool of slave labor.
