Great reddit post by u/wbgamer on the little used Twilight: 2000 subreddit adding 12 pregenerated characters based on the named examples mentioned in the original rulebook.
My original pregens included "Monk", Bobbi-Lee and a version of the Major but this set includes 9 others and fills out a whole dozen member unit that can be used as the basis for the default Escape from Kalisz scenario.
I've written some commentary but I think it's a great resource for particularly a Referee beginning a game with players unfamiliar with the system.
