I personally would have to say yes!
I use the 2.2 rules for Merc ops as well as Twilight, so the ships would be of interest.

But that's just my .02 cents

Most of the Sverdlov Class Cruiser was scrapped in the early 90's expext the Mikhail Kutuzov that is a museum ship in Novorossiysk.

I kept a couple of them around for gunfire support in the Narvik raid and to give American heavy gun cruisers (the Des Moines class) some peers to face off against. To help the Sverdlovs a little bit I gave them laser guided 152mm rounds adapted from army Krasnopol 152mm rounds.

Then a Russian 152mm laser guided muntion (2K25 Krasnopol), it was taken into service 1995 in the real world, so they would be very rare.
