I changed the title as I went largely away from cannon when treating the Middle East. That OOB is also better for T2013 or so I think.

Russian Army OOB
As for the other countries, I put up what I designed for Russia. As for most other OOB, these were made from more recent elements than normal T2K. Nevertheless, they could easily be addapted as they were made from several sources taken from the original game.
