Upped Private Message Character Limit
For the first time I hit the 5000 character limit for a private message. I have upped it to 10,000 as the system can certainly handle it with this load.

Is it possible for us to perhaps get a seperate OT section, or at the least a single, composite OT thead I'm counting no less than 9 OT threads on the first page alone, roughly 1/3 of all posts.
