  • Real Secret Soviet AFB near Prague..

    Great for your campaign..

An Abandoned Soviet AFB that I've been too maybe a dozen times for music videos and film shoots. You can see it very well in Lord of War. Scene where Nic Cage's character goes to buy all of those T-72s in the Ukraine was filmed there.

I know of a Soviet Ballistic Missle Base too SW of Prague but it is hard to find on Google Earth.. (filmed part of Narnia: Prince Caspian near there)

Anyone know any places to do a PbP Twilight 2k I am trying to start one on dndonlinegames but no one knows it so I may turn it into a d20 modern w/ Twilight 2k setting...

I've seen that similiar layout for other Russian/Sov built airstrips. We made short work of their reivertments in the 1st Desert War, they just weren't enough to protect them.
