Are Israel and Egypt still friends in T2K?
I've wondered this ever since I bought my first copy of v1 in November of 1984. Would the Egyptians and the Israelis still be friends Uneasy allies Mutual defense and support pact Frenemies, to borrow a term from Facebook Sort of like the US is with Saudi Arabia -- we don't really like them, but...

Iraq
Working on our alternative take on the Twilight Universe, the timeline in the RDF Sourcebook seems to be open for another look. Webstral, in his The Storm in Germany, detailed the effects of Desert Storm on the Soviet Union. Going from that, we are trying to figure out what Iraq does during the war....

DOD Report on China
Rochkano 08-29-2005, 05:46 PM Here's an interesting report I found on China:
http://www.defenselink.mil/news/Jul2...50719china.pdf
I haven't read it in depth, but seems to be indepth, with a emphasis on Taiwan.

Lions Orbat (Kenya)
shrike6 08-06-2004, 04:55 PM For my latest orbat I decided to do my own personal take on Frank Frey's Lions of Twilight (Kenya) orbat. I also borrowed liberally (stole) from Matt Wiser's equally excellent Naval orbat.

The Other NATO country
shrike6 04-27-2004, 07:05 PM All the NATO countries are covered in some form in the Twilight books but one, the tiny giant of Luxembourg. I am curious as to what you guys think was it a party to war like the Netherlands or did it stay out and become a part of the French Union like Belgium

France in the Twilight World
Rainbow Six 02-14-2003, 04:47 PM Some comments on the 'Leave No Man Behind' thread got me to wondering how we all treat the French in our games.
El Tee said he found the idea of the French as the dominant entity on the world upsetting - I wont disagree with you on that El Tee,...

Poland After OMEGA
I'm currently reading Rising '44 (by Norman Davies) about the valiant but doomed efforts of the AK (Polish Home Army) to liberate Warsaw ahead of the advancing Soviet Army in the late summer of 1944 and it's inspired me to try to steer the player group in my campaign towards helping the Poles whether...Last edited by Raellus; 01-15-2010, 06:52 PM.

Japan in Twilight 2000
Hello, long-time lurker, first-time poster!
Something I've wondered about in Twilight 2000 is the situation in Japan after the nuclear exchange. I recall it being said in 2300AD that Japan emerged from the war more or less unscathed and that it was able to rebuild and prosper thanks to...

The Republic of Scotland in T2K
Evening,
I've been doing some work on my own country recently, and thought I'd post the following write up which details the self proclaimed Republic of Scotland.
It is a draft work at the moment, and will eventually form part of a larger work (hopefully!), so your comments...Last edited by Rainbow Six; 12-22-2009, 02:40 PM.

Afghanistan In T2K
I have never been that interested in what happened in Afghanistan after the soviet withdrawal and therefore, I was largely ignorant. However, I was reading things on the Afghan civil war that took place between 1989-1992 and I was surprised to learn that the Afghani Army did very well (may be better...

Help with Iceland
I need a little help from the crew. I'm feeling bogged down again. Being the caretaker for my new little rifleman-in-training during the day and using the hours after my wife gets home for household tasks is making getting writing done difficult. I'm trying to keep myself enthusiastic and fresh,...
