Shrike, your research capabilities are impressive and a little frightening.
I hate to offer a suggestion that makes more work for you, but have you considered establishing a centralized and indexed archive for copies of this stuff (Dropbox, etc.) to act as a safeguard against dead links in the future

This USAHEC is great, you find gems but it takes literally hours to go through. It also seems like Fourth US Army deposited all their papers there. Not so much on the others.
